Customize any greetings such as “Thank you for calling JabberTel. If you know your party’s extension, you can dial it at any time.” While the greeting plays, callers are able to dial any extension on the system. Auto attendants can be customized and configured to route calls by extension dialing, name dialing, IVR or by time of day.

Monitor in real‐time employees’ telephone status to view user information and establish whether they are available, busy or away from their desk.

User Web Portal – Enables individual users to change their personal call forwarding, ring duration and voice mail settings as well as search through their personal missed, dialed and received call histories.

Calls are logged and viewable dating back in history. Call logging allows you to perform a detailed search based on date, caller ID, phone number, and more.

JabberTel’s Call Control Management Dashboard provides a simple web‐based portal for you to customize your phone service features.

Blind Transfer – Transfer a call immediately to another extension.
